The surface of this kind of material is very smooth and flat, but the price is more expensive,and it is generally used in the panel of high-end home appliances. The use of the product has higher requirements for the level of the film.
The difference between PCM and VCM:
Based on the above details, it is not difficult to see the differences between PCM pre-coated panels and VCM laminated panels. in short, the two types of home appliance color steel plates have different composite processes and material structures, different characteristics,and differences in finished product applications and purchase prices.
1.The PCM panel is a pre-coated metal plate,which is pre-coated with PCM paint on the metal plate,and then the coated metal plate is cut and formed into a product;while the VCM panel is a metal coated plate,which is on the surface of the metal plate.Cover with PVC and PET film,and then you can print all kinds of complex patterns on the film.
2.The relative flatness of PCM color-coated board is relatively poor, and the color effect is relatively single; the surface of VCM film-coated board is very smooth and flat, the color effect of the printed pattern is gorgeous,and the color rendering is good.
3.PCM color-coated panels are not suitable for the panels of high-end refrigerators.Its surface is environmentally friendly paint for household
appliances,which is mainly used as side panels, so it is cheaper in terms of price; while VCM laminated panels can be used for high-end refrigerator panels, so the price is comparable More expensive than PCM.
